How It Works
Book your onboarding call: a free 30-minute call on Calendly to chat through your child's needs and how we can help. A chance for us to get to know each other and talk through any queries or concerns.
Quick assessment: a short set of questions during the call to place your child in the right group.
Enrol & pay: confirm your place with your first month's standalone payment through Stripe.
Direct Debit Set up: ongoing monthly payments set up securely through TutorBird. That's it.
Session Dates
Sessions take place on two of the following days depending on your group placement:
Mondays 6:45pm
Tuesdays 6:45pm
Wednesdays 6:45pm
Fridays 6:45pm
These will be confirmed following your onboarding call.
Sessions begin week commencing Monday 2nd November 2026.
2 weeks holiday will be given over Christmas, Easter and the last two weeks of August. Homework will be set over this period.
1 week half-term holiday in October, February and May.
The course will finish in November 2027 however if you wish to enrol for another year to continue building on these skills, you can do so at the same price.
If you join partway through the year, your membership still runs on the same calendar as everyone else's, through to November 2027. If your child hasn't reached the final topics by then, you simply continue your membership at the same monthly rate until they have, at the same price.
Included in Package

Tracked progress every session.
Mindset activities set each week aimed towards rewiring neural pathways and building new networks.
Full access to TutorBird portal for easy DD set up, access to homework, giving in homework and monthly reports.

Every session recorded so your child will never miss out.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course, students will have worked through the KS3 curriculum from Number and Algebra through to Geometry, Probability and Statistics, alongside a full year of the Ignite Mindset Programme.
We build not just topic coverage but real, trackable confidence in how they approach problems they find hard.
Every child progresses at their own pace, especially since groups are streamed by ability rather than age.
Some will move faster, some will need more time on particular topics, and that's a normal, expected part of learning.
The course is designed so that moving between groups is easy and streamlined depending on how your child is feeling about Foundation and Higher topics.
We track progress weekly, so you'll always have a clear, honest picture of where your child actually stands, not just an assumption based on the calendar.
"Education is our passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to the people who prepare for it today."
