Transform Anxiety into Resilience.

KS3 Maths built around a resilient mindset. So that your child doesn’t just improve their grades, but they get better at believing they can.

It’s more than just tuition. It’s mindset.

What We Do.

Hundreds of amazing tutors can prepare your child for their exams.

Building confidence and inspiring young learners is what teaching is all about.

But hardly anyone teaches the psychology and neuroscience behind how that confidence is actually built.

What does confidence really mean? How do we build resilience in a way that helps a young person push toward their goals and overcome them rather than avoid them?

Here, we teach both sides together: the subject, and the mind that has to sit down and do the work.

We prepare young people to manage stress and anxiety by understanding how their own brain responds under pressure and how that response can change.

Knowing how the body reacts under stress creates awareness, allowing students to choose a healthier response instead of an automatic one.

Too many students carry chronic anxiety and stress from a young age, and it doesn't just disappear when they leave school.

From our experience, it follows them into adulthood. We want to give them the tools to change that pattern early, while it's still forming and not decades later.

How We Do It.

We teach KS3 covering Edexcel, AQA and NCFE content. So no matter the exam board, they will feel prepared.

Every course runs to the same structure: 2 hours and 15 minutes a week, split into 2 sessions. This includes:

  • 1 hour and 15 minutes of maths teaching.

  • 1 hour of mindset coaching.

  • Short bursts of homework

  • An additional 30 minute session per month for support, feedback and questions.

All sessions are online, live and neurodivergent friendly.

Who We Do It For.

Our programme is for:

  • KS3 students aged 11 and over.

  • Neurodivergent students

  • Students who've lost their confidence along the way

  • Anxious students looking for a way through, not just a way out

  • Students stuck in a cycle of stress and burnout

  • Homeschooled students with gaps in their maths knowledge.

  • Students looking for a different way to learn and needing more support.

Live sessions run during the week in the evening; everything is recorded, so students can catch up in their own time if they miss a session.
